Your account details (name, email, company), and the rental data you enter — properties, tenants, leases, billing, maintenance. Your tenants' details are collected by you; you're their responsible party, we process it on your instruction to run the service.
Run RentSorted for you: billing, invoices, statements, emails to your tenants, maintenance. Nothing else. We don't sell data, we don't advertise with it, and staff access is limited to operating and supporting the service.
Card details go directly to PayFast (our payment processor) — we never see or store card numbers, only a payment token and the charge history for your subscription.
Your data is stored on servers we control, backed up daily. Delete your account and we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Ask us any time what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion — use the contact form and we'll respond within a reasonable time as POPIA requires.
