RentSorted is rental-management software for landlords. Your first unit is free; beyond that you pay per unit per month at the advertised rate (or a rate we've agreed with you). We charge your card monthly via PayFast. Cancel any time — we stop charging and your account drops back to the free plan's limits.
Keep your login safe, only load data you're entitled to hold (your tenants' information is your POPIA responsibility), and don't use the service for anything unlawful. You own your data; we just host and process it for you.
We run the service carefully — daily backups, encryption in transit, isolation between customers. If a payment fails we'll tell you and retry before suspending anything. We may update these terms; material changes get emailed to you first.
The service is provided as-is; we're a software tool, not your accountant, attorney or rental agent — check important documents before relying on them. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
